Suitability

WILL MY HOUSE BE SUITABLE?
Image 1

If your house was built in the last seventy years, chances are you have cavity external walls, and these are entirely suitable for your  2 Channel system, or Front Left, Right , Centre and Sub Woofer speaker for Home Theatre.

We have in the past built systems into solid stone walls, but this is not ideal.

MEASURE YOURSELF

If your house is made of brick, you can measure the space available yourself by using a window frame as a guide. Measure the depth of the frame from front to back, and then deduct the overhang of the frame to the wall both outside and inside the house. You should find a total depth (excluding the overhang) of about 11 - 11.7 inches (279mm - 297 mm) which is two courses of brick, a cavity of 2.5 - 3 inches and plaster. This is all we need to install a superb system with very deep bass and incredible clarity.
